I am originally from The Bronx, NYC but I am a Army Veteran and Army Wife & we move around... a lot! I am also the mother of 2 gorgeous, gorgeous girls.
I am passionate about Wellness & Fitness & I love sharing my journey in hopes of encouraging other women to live their healthiest lives! I also love everything self-care, beauty, hair, & fashion. As well as personal development & becoming your best self through my own life lessons.
